Basically bind 8.2.2p5 freshly compiled on a NeXT Turbo Dimension
Cube, using NeXTSTEP 3.3+Y2K patches, suing the default settings in
the src.

To install, gunzip and untar the archive using gnutar, and cd the the src directory.

And make sure you have su to become root, and just issue a "make install" to install the bind 8.2.2p5 binaries and support files.

Once you have the right config file setup in /etc, you might wish to edit your rc.local to start bind using:

"/usr/local/etc/ndc start" command

Tested on both Y2K compliant NS3.3 & OS4.2 NeXT box.
