Moose.palette

This is a palette that lets you add color buttons... I recently completed a NeXT Developers Camp at RDR in Virginia ( Great Course, BTW!) , and the instructor(Chris Walters) did this palette to show me how easy it is to modify the behavior of some of NeXT's Classes.  It is needs some more work, but he did it in just a couple of hours during our exercises.  
Anyway, he gave it to me and said that I could share it with the community...  Of course, since this is free no warranty or blah, blah, suitability, blah, blah, might not really work in your app... don't blame your poor code on my stuff, etc, etc, etc...
