Redline On/Off command

Redline On
Draws a red line under the current selection or text typed at the insertion point. Redlining is used to indicate text to be added to a document. The redline attributes may be removed with the Process Markup command.
If the current selection is already "redlined", the command changes to Redline Off and redline is removed.
