Intro:

This is the freeware version of Amortize.  Amortize is an amortization tool. 
This application allows you to quickly see the difference between various 
interest rates and terms for mortgages. It will also display yearly interest 
paid on a loan, the total interest paid, and total paid on a loan. It generates 
a report showing interest and principal paid for each period, as well as the 
payoff for that period. These reports can be saved or printed.
