This is the demo version of the IP Security for the NeXT hardware.
Application instricts the access of local users to the local or wide Internet and vise versa. Different local users can  have a different access to the 
network. Different remote hosts can  have a different access to the IP resources of your local computer.
Also the statistics daemon print a information about all network
operations to the terminal window.
