GENERAL HELP At the most elementary level, this application could be used for determining the concentration of an "unknown" acid or base solution. In the Demo Mode, the sample and titrant concentrations are both 1.00 M. In the Unknown Mode (i.e., molarity of sample unknown), the sample concentration is not known and is determined by titration. A choice of indicators is possible and can help the student understand why the choice of indicator is important. The plotter window is obviously not needed at such level. For the more advanced student, the app could be used to determine K values for various acids or bases. Titration curves for various sample/titrant systems may be compared. Titration curves may also be compared for various concentrations of samples. Any comments on this application will be greatly appreciated.
