A absolutly useful tool for tracing down your mouse-moves and location.

I thought, something cool is missing at the former Eyecon.app. So I was taking the time to implement a new one, reusing some parts of code.
I implemented the inclusion of the TIFF-images and the adjustment of the position of the eyes. So you can take a small image of someone you like or hate, fit the eyes in the right way, save the parameters and drag it into your dock. The cpu-time consumtion now is also reduced to zero.

Have a lot of fun with it!
I compiled it quad fat for 3.3.
