WebUp Alpha Release README ..................................

WebUp is an attempt to capture the NS WYSIWYG HTML editor market.
It is an almost completely graphical editor that allows you to create
and maintain documents that can generate HTML.  That's correct, it
currently doesn't use the HTML format for storage (I was lazy and didn't
feel like writing a parser).  For more information (actually any
