NewsBase is an advanced NewsGrazer replacement with full
source under gnu license, written by Kazuto Miyai, et el.

This is version 3.0 release 2 with some minor modifications that allows
one to compile it with the standard (non-Japanese) operating system.  It
has been compiled on 3.0 systems, but may/should work on 2.0 systems also.
