GreyBoard-3

This is a 3.0 port of the multi-user version of Draw.  
The code is based on the publicly available 2.x sources.  
There are a couple enhancements such as support for 3.x 
drag services with image filtering and the ability to do 
limited layering where a user can see what marks were 
created by other users.
