'Eyes' are a simple GTool which displays 'Eyes' in the applications
icon. Those eyes follow your mouse, and help you find it. It also
shows you when there is new mail for you.

In order to use a GTool, you need the GTools.app application. It is
available from the same source, where you got this GTool.
